It is Sovereign Realty’s policy to represent Buyers or Tenants as a Buyer’s / Tenant’s Agent  and to represent Seller’s or Landlord’s as a Seller’s / Landlord’s Agent.

Sovereign Realty will, in some circumstances, represent both parties in a transaction.  This only happens with the approval of both parties and creates a Dual Agency relationship.

Whether a Sovereign Realty agent represents the Buyer / Tenant or the Seller  / Landlord or both, the  agent is required under Real Estate Agency Law to act honestly and fairly with each party in every transaction.
